The person who was looking at the house under construction was never identified as Arbery, that was 12 days before, and nothing was taken so there was no crime.

When I turned around and saw him and backed up, he reached into his pocket and ran into the house. So I don't know if he's armed or not. But he looked like he was acting like he was." He told the dispatcher that he was out in his truck, and that as many as four neighbors were out looking for the man.
