Everyone - Except Democrats - in DC hates to cross the line of filing charges after investigations, butt I thought Barr was different. Despite all the evidence of illegal Unmasking by Samantha powers, other Obama Cabinet Member, and even VP Biden the investigation closes without 1 single criminal charge. This could be seen as 'foreshadowing' in regards to how the Russian Hoax investigation will end. Perhaps, though, Barr is not only waiting to release the report so it won't affect the outcome of the election but to see who wins. If Biden wins it all disappears. If Trump wins there is a better chance of more indictments...maybe. So far the 'Deep State' is 'batting 1000' in terms of escaping 'equal justice'.
