If you divide the teams up according to payroll, and then split them down the center. you will see that of the teams at the top all have winning records, except a handful. The exact inverse happens at the bottom as most teams have losing records except a handful. I encourage anyone to do this who doubts me.

That right there shows you the power of money which really no one should have to explain because it it self evident as it gives you an advantage. I mean really, how can TB compete effectively with the Yankees in the playoffs when the Yankees spend more on their bull pen than TB pays for their entire team?

like i said...just because player A is paid more than player B does not mean they are better players...
