Sexual assault, not rape which is just a type of sexual assault. Can you tell the difference? That can be as simple as flashing, grabbing butt or breasts, or any other unsolicited sexual imposition. Yes that number is very credible.

26.6% of all rapes that occurred were reported in 2012 (not just ones reported by college girls). Also, according to the DOJ study PC posted, one quarter of all the unreported rapes (1 in 4 women) were because the woman believed it was a 'personal matter.' It also states that women between ages 18-24 are more likely to be raped in college. You would have seen that had you bothered to read it.
