The LIARS Keep on LYING - Kudlow Exposes Trump for the LIAR He Is

If we didn't think we knew better all the ABNORMALS in this thread would be communist supporters ...they never think ahead and the outcome of forcing China to change its ways as being a HUGE benefit to our economy....all they think about is the $50 extra they will pay for a new washing machine!

$2,300 a year isn't $50, and a lot of folks won't be able to take that kind of financial hit.

No, China was allowed to compete, which brought prices down, they could no longer compete with, due to regulations, et al. Claiming conservatives are against safety, etc, is just standard fare from the left, rather than understanding all the costs involved added, due to nothing having to do with safety, et al. We would have continued to buy what we could afford at reasonable prices, not cheap prices, such as China can charge.

Only because there are no choices, otherwise, for many items, as manufacturing here was unable to compete with all the regulations forced upon them, and remain profitable.
NONSENSE! 4 negligent US presidents insanely gave China unrestricted access to our #1 largest and most valuable MARKET in the world, thereby doing immeasurable harm to our economy, and causing us to lose businesses and jobs by the millions.

Trump is slowly putting things back in order, and Trump haters and economic dum dums all over, are showing up to keep the wrong economics going. Do you like seeing 90% of WalMart's products bearing "Made in China" labels ?
So it is China's fault for filling orders from US corporations?

You can buy Chinese stuff from Walmart or you can buy Chinese stuff under US Company labels.

Who is to blame?

Thank you. Walmart fills its shelves with stuff from China because that is what people have chosen to buy. And now the “conservatives” want the government to influence what private citizens buy...

BEIJING — Chinese exporters of all sorts of products, from power adapters and computers to vacuum cleaners, are anxiously hoping trade talks in Washington this week will yield a deal that might stave off higher U.S. tariffs on imports from China.

Companies across China are bracing for a tariff hike on Friday after President Donald Trump, complaining Beijing was backtracking and the talks on a festering trade dispute were taking too long, said he would raise import duties on $200 billion of Chinese goods to 25% from 10%.

Amber Chen, sales manager for a vacuum cleaner manufacturer based in southern China, says her company has $100 million in exports to the U.S. at stake.

“I really hope that the two countries can reach an agreement,” Chen said in a phone interview. “We just can’t swallow the costs of a tariff increase.”

Many Chinese companies are reluctant to speak publicly about their problems, especially those linked to sensitive topics such as the ruling Communist Party’s policies on trade and technology.

But sales managers of five Chinese companies that depend heavily on exports to the U.S. told The Associated Press that while they have managed to adjust to current tariff levels with minimal trouble, a jump to a 25% tariff would make doing business with the U.S. virtually impossible for most of them.

“If the tariffs rise to 25 percent, then we’re done for,” said James, a sales manager for a computer monitor manufacturer in Shenzhen, China’s southern tech hub.

He declined to give his full name. He said 30% to 40% of his company’s products are exported to the U.S.

If the tariff increase goes ahead, the impact will be deeply felt by small- and medium-sized enterprises, said Shawn Yang, sales manager for a company in Shenzhen that produces electric power

When Trump pisses all over the Chinese economy & their markets take hits, that also (negatively) effects the US economy & US markets.
