Biggest difference is there was a recount going on in Hawaii when the original certification was due, not just a court filing. The recount in Ga. was over and done with by 12-7. Also the state parties select the elector before the election. Are you sure all the original electors are the ones who sign the certificate?

The Georgia fake electors were not duly elected or appointed. In fact, they LIED on the forms they submitted when they claimed they were "duly elected and qualified".
