And that's not it. That's pretty sad to think that's the reason. My one nephew, good with women, going to probably have kids, etc. His brother, more like me. Not really looking for a wife or roommate. It would be nice to find something like that but he's not looking. I'm not looking. I know a lot of women who would be decent partners if I wanted to settle. And give up my freedom. And jump through hoops. AND, give up half my shit?

The U.S. divorce rate has been generally declining since 2008, with roughly 40-42% of first marriages estimated to end in divorce. Was 50% remember? So we saw that. We know the guy got screwed 99% of the time in those divorces. Why would we enter into that contract?

The town I'm talking about has a surprisingly large industrial base. We driving around a new road we never travel and suddenly I'm in an industrial complex. Boyne City Michigan. Where Boyne Mountain skiiing is. God's country I call it. But the city over is East Jordan Iron Works. Look at a manhole cover next time you see one. Chances are it came from East Jordan. I've seen them all around the country. This has to be their base business and all the other business' are there to support it? But yea, those factories pay shit factory wages but Goober lives with gramma and grandpappy and he'll get the house one day when they pass so it's an income. They're happy. But then those factories will need help and no more workers. That's when I see the first black or Indian (dot head) up there. Someone gives them a job now they live in paradise. They tell their friends how good it is and they come for jobs. Soon your little town is very colorful.

We live near Dearborn, MI. The Arabs there PIMP their homes and live lavishly on very small lots. We see them vacationing or discovering up north. My brother bought 60 acres for around $100K years ago. Let's say it would be $200K now. Those Arabs don't care. To have 60 acres of privacy? The parties they will throw! Soon you will have an arab run party store up there. In fact they already do. It's actually indian run but they are the first foreigners up there. Oh the times they are a changing.

I just notice how when Republicans are in charge, people not doing well are to blame for themselves. But when Biden is in charge, it's his fault they aren't doing better. It's all spin. No one is doing better right now and it's all Trump's doing. But it's good to know I'm upper middle class. I knew that, but I forgot. Someone just pointed out to me that things are great. A single guy like me only has to make $77K to be considered upper middle class. Family of 4, $154K a year. 33% of America is upper middle class. Now I know what you would say to this if Biden were president but now you guys are back during the Bush years trying to spin this shit show as if things are going fine. They are not.
