MSNBC host fears suppression of political opinions, candidate bans after Elon Musk purchase

An MSNBC host reacted to Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter by fretting about the threat that social-media companies might suppress political opinions and ban candidates.

You can't make this up. After years of the left having control of Twitter, and banning or throttling content to suppress the right and boost the left, now, apparently at least Ari Melber is worried that twitter is going to do the same to left leaning people.

Now they are wanting government to step in and regulate social media companies, and apparently, try to say that no one person can own twitter:

He noted that the U.S. “used to regulate media ownership and say Rupert Murdoch can’t have too many local TV stations and newspapers in one town … but the Congress hasn’t gotten around to limiting whether someone can own all of Twitter,” Mr. Melber said.
