Don't worry about it! After 2 days, it'll be like a walk in the park. I hit people with my tray all the time, long after my first few weeks. I also dropped it my tray when it was loaded with stuff more than once, mixed up orders, forgot orders, ignored customers I hated - it's fun.

I think you'll like it, once you relax, you'll get it. The hardest part will always be the asshole customers, and there is always an endless supply of them.

I worked in the restaurant at the Bay when I was in high school. Several times while I was working there, 1 or more bus loads of seniors would come to have lunch...talk about hell. Oh, and seniors day...... I can't go there, to many bad memories.
