Are you eating enough Carbs?

Plenty. ~20 grams per day. :D

I feel the issues stems from lack of rest / fatigue. I live a fairly sedentary lifestyle, mostly due to my lack of abilty to walk more than a few hunnert feet without pain. However, I'm only 'restfully sleeping' a few hours per night. :(

I feel old.

You should try swimming, it is low impact and is some of the best excercise in the world. It should also keep you off your feet!

I also have the sleep problem, but that may be coming from Nicotine depravation and should resolve itself soon, I hope.

It's not the impact - it's the motion. Just flexing/relaxing my knee causes the pain. :( I'm pretty broken. hehe.

Ah, I see that sux.

Well when I was on the swim team we would often swim with just arms or just legs in order to strengthen one or the other. It is important to excercise or you are likely to not get over the sleep deprivation issue, it is likely due to stress and one of the largest factors of stess is not enough excercise.

Wow, what a dilemma you have.

Indeed...w/o exercise, I feel like 10lbs of monkey crap stuffed in a 5lbs bag...WITH exercise I feel as though tiny razor blades exist under my knee-caps, and my shoes are filled with sharp gravel. :(

Yah. Without excercise I am tired all the fricking time but still can't sleep when I need to.

According to my schedule that I set for myself I will be starting my new excercise program next Monday.

Well, you grab the 1-1/2 lb. weights and strenuously lift them up to shoulder level, then walk around the block at a brisk .5 mph with a small dog dressed with a bow in their hair following behind barking at every bicycle that passes with a vigor that belies their ferocity.

You know the routine.
