the feets are quite sore today - my 2nd day of therapy, which includes 'electric impulse' and 'sound wave' therapy...followed by a nice rub-down from a pretty filipina with strong hands.

I'm wearing a tap-construct on my feet...sort of annoying...but designed to simulate what my soon-to-be orthotics will do for me.

I have a friend in Martial Arts class that has this, his orthotics did wonders for him. At least he says they did.

They're saying I'll need to wear the orthotics at least 80% of the time, to keep the pain from coming back...that sorta sucks...but it'll be amazing..I mean I simply can't comprehend what it'll be like to walk thru a mall for an hour without severly-painful feet. Now...if they could just fix my knees, eh?

For me it is the right knee and the middle back. And as far as they can tell me there is nothing they can do.
