I only know mine did because of your post about me going up in rep in 3 posts.
I looked at it then I was at 2998..and 16? rep points..USAs reps have gone down, yours, Shattered..I know USA had 6000 post now she's at 4000..
Maybe a glitch..

I asked SE about it. He seems to be the only one of the top 10
people with rep that got to keep more than 10 rep power.
He has 16. Merlin and USA have 10, I think d, and Bonnie went down
to 7 or 8, and so on.
