I had just gotten out of Boot Camp. My Sea Bag had gone to Monterrey, Mexico while I showed up at my duty station in Monterey, CA. I had one Uniform and handn't even finished checkin. My SCPO sent me back to bed to sleep, he wouldn't sign the checkin form until I had more sleep. The earthquake woke me up out of Boot Camp coma. And the rest of the story is shown above.
