Well yes and no..The problem is...if we see any fast moving cold fronts come through this warm air we'll see tornadoes.
Typical in the spring but not now.

I was in the Navy in 1989 when the one hit in SF. Monterey got a pretty good shake as well. It was very interesting.

At first I thought that the Army guys were marching through the barracks as a joke. I got up to go see them and the hallways were empty? WTF?

It took about a minute or so before I was able to figure out the ground was actually moving.
