No.... how many points I can give you is based on how much power I have,
Therefore If I have 12 rep power, and I give you points, it will give you 12
rep points.

Actually you can only negatively effect a person one point at a time. I think this is to protect those will little points during a rep battle.

Are you sure. I'm thinking, it goes down as much power as the person repping you has. I've seen peoples go down with a quickness and that would truely be amazing if it was only 1 point at a time, LOL!
