Elizabeth, it's the big one. The sun actually came out about two hours ago and the temp finally got above 70.

If I could send the heat here to you, I would. I felt like cracking open a hydrant today. We'll totally go to jail and get fined for all missing gallons of water here...but I remember seeing some kids playing in them up there.

jgb - I know in a few short weeks the heat and humidity will surely kick in. I'm shocked that it's nearing the end of June and we've had no need for the AC at all yet. Not complaining about that at all though. Just the chilly, rainy part.

The weather here is cloudy, as usual for the Pacific northwest. Apparently, we had all the good sunny days while we were gone on vacation..isn't that just the way things go?

The kid's have been pesting me to take them to the pool and well, barely 70 degrees, chilly breeze and rain just doesn't cut it for pool weather!

But it's currently 82 degrees, humidity feels like 95% or so. Yuck!
