The issue is the message not the messenger.

The "message" - as quoted from the OP - is that AI alleges some possible war crimes.

It is nowhere near being proven nor a fact. And yet you jump on it as though it's Holy Writ.
So much for 'teenage jingoism'........

Yes, the title of this thread is true. The killing goes on...in Syria, Iraq, Egypt, Lebanon, etc.

And everyplace else where the US is stirring the pot.

So Arabs/Muslims are just puppets on strings. You don't have alot of respect for them.

Divide and conquer is an age old tactic.

It is even mentioned here about 1:15

As for things being 'simple' - well, Tinny is. Just like every single other member of the 'Israel is forever wrong and shouldn't exist to begin with' crew.

He refuses to acknowledge ANY of the many documented war crimes and crimes against humanity which have been perpetrated by Arab League nations. Not even the Jordanian ethnic cleansing of East Jerusalem photographed for LIFE Magazine.

Don't worry, though! I recall I actually tried to defend 'Truthmatters' in my first week here..... n00bs are prone to such errors until they have some context .....

Stop targeting Jews. Simple.

If its that simple, why is Amnesty not accusing Palestinians?...the answer is simple...Stop killing people who are not targeting, especially the children, not to mention peace activists from America and Europe.

or they could be guilty as charged for being ANTI SEMITIC JEW HATERS. Far too many times they have been proven wrong in the past as too the facts surrounding their allegations. If they were made fully accountable in law for their actions you could bet they would stop them instantly

You can always tell someone who knows nothing what so ever about any political situation because they say it's "simple"

You are accusing me of not knowing about the political situation there? Ah, you are new to this forum. That figures.

Seems to me, he has perception and on target...your jingoisms of a teenager are easily spotted.

Yes of course you would considering that he supports your POV, when the facts are placed on the table you deny any that prove Palestinians are to blame, and claim they are propaganda

Because Amnesty is biased against Israel. That is very well-known and I am surprised you didn't know that.

The truth is biased against Israel.

Do you mean the real truth or the ISLAMONAZI truth.

A good example is the Al-Dura case were the truth was originally that Israel shot at and killed a father and son. The real truth is that Israel could not even see the father and son, and they were both seen a few weeks later fit and healthy

One of the primary reasons that peace is so difficult in Palestine is the hate generated by the IDF....Mark my words if peace is achieved, war crimes will be adjudicated for many years...

Amnesty International accuses Israeli armed forces of possible war crimes | World news | theguardian.com

Israeli forces are using excessive, reckless violence in the occupied West Bank, killing dozens of Palestinians over the past three years in what might constitute a war crime, Amnesty International said.

In a report entitled Trigger Happy, the human rights group accused Israel of allowing its soldiers to act with virtual impunity and urged an independent review of the deaths.

The Israeli army dismissed the allegations, saying security forces had seen a "substantial increase" in Palestinian violence and Amnesty had revealed a "complete lack of understanding" about the difficulties soldiers faced.

According to UN data, 45 Palestinians were killed in the West Bank between 2011 and 2013, including six children. Amnesty said it had documented the deaths of 25 civilians during this period, all but three of whom died last year.

"The report presents a body of evidence that shows a harrowing pattern of unlawful killings and unwarranted injuries of Palestinian civilians by Israeli forces in the West Bank," said Philip Luther, the director of the Middle East and north Africa programme at Amnesty International.

Indeed, you have to kill people to keep stolen land.

Tough job.

You have to kill even more defending against acts of terrorism, and that is what Israel are doing

Maybe, Israel has blown a lot of smoke on number one.

What about number two or any of the following?

If the messenger is biased in any way then the message is not valid. This from a former AI board member sums it up perfectly

Organisational continuity

University of Illinois professor of international law Francis Boyle, who spent several years as an Amnesty International USA Board member, claimed that aspects of organisational continuity and survival came ahead of human rights aims. He stated "Amnesty International is primarily motivated not by human rights but by publicity. Second comes money. Third comes getting more members. Fourth, internal turf battles. And then finally, human rights, genuine human rights concerns

And The Daily Show still hasn't come knocking? :cuckoo:

Governments who have criticised AI include those of Israel,[2][3] the Democratic Republic of the Congo,[4] China,[5] Vietnam,[6] Russia[7] and the United States,

Well that's me convinced.

for what they assert is one-sided reporting

Do they not realise that Amnesty are a human rights pressure group and "mitigating factors" for human rights abuses don't wash with them just as they shouldn't with any right thinking human being?

There is NOTHING in that artical that in ANY way excuses Israel's human rights abuses and so the ONLY thing that you can do after reading what Israel has been doing and wilfully maintain support for that nation is conciously decide you don't WANT to believe them and so attack the source.

If you only have the reports of a very biased ANTI SEMITIC organisation to go on then the human rights abuses have to be called into question. We should totally disregard the reports from both sides and do our own investigations. So no more of these Palestinian sources as the only evidence as they are known to LIE outrageously about Israel.
Sane with Israeli sources as they are also biased.

I've read Amnesty reports criticizing human-rights abuses in China and Muslim nations too, so I think they're pretty fair.

BBC NEWS | Middle East | Amnesty details Gaza 'war crimes'

Its report also calls rocket attacks by Palestinian militants war crimes and accuses Hamas of endangering civilians.

It takes a lot of sand to buy your head in if you want to write off the worlds biggest human rights group as just a mouthpiece for anti-semitism.

Not when their own people admit that they are rotten to the core, and have no real interest in human rights abuses. If you read the expose you will see that AI admit to being biased against free nations like Israel, USA, UK etc and less involved with the nations that have little or no human rights.

Anti-semitism!! The silver bullet that slays all perfectly legitimate criticisms of Israel in the minds of those who don't care about the death, misery and human suffering that particular state is inflicting on the civilians of the lands surrounding it.

Peace protestor shot? Must have been a Nazi

Kids killed in airstrikes? They were clearly fascists

Shooting an unarmed man at point blank range. He was probably denying the holocaust.

And how many other times has AI stated that war crimes have taken place only to see their evidence destroyed by lawyers. Must be galling to have your every word discredited and dismissed by those who DO know better.

question for the Israel-bashing morons here:

Amnesty International also accuses obama of war crimes and atrocities. are they right about that?

Very few children in that list, and the first one is the Al-Dura boy already proven to be a LIE. So how can we trust them on the others

Hamas and hezbolla are both terrorist organisations, so if they are involved then terrorism is not that far away. As all the UN resolutions state the Palestinians have to stop all acts of belligerence to achieve peace.
