The judge is American elected to his position and as near as I can tell following the rule of law. Trump better get his act together yesterday or Hillary can start ordering new drapes for the White House already.

Near as you can tell, isn't too near the truth. No, Curiel does NOT follow the rule of law. The rule of law opposes illegal immigration. Curiel supports it. The rule of law supports border security. Curiel opposes it. See Post # 3.

Curiel is, reportedly, a member of a group called San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association. Trump’s aides, meanwhile, have indicated that they believe Curiel is a member of the National Council of La Raza, a vocal advocacy organization that has vigorously condemned Trump and his views on immigration.

The two groups are unaffiliated, and Curiel is not a member of NCLR. But Trump may be concerned that the lawyers’ association or its members represent or support the other advocacy organization, which is linked on the SDLRLA website. And SDLRLA itself has many policies that are pro-illegal immigrationa nd anti-border security.

Coupled with that question is the fact that in 2014, when he certified the class-action lawsuit against Trump, Curiel appointed the Robbins Geller law firm to represent plaintiffs. Robbins Geller has paid $675,000 in speaking fees since 2009 to Trump’s likely opponent, Hillary Clinton, and to her husband, former president Bill Clinton.

Can you show us what Curiel has done that Trump's lawyers believe is biased?

He did not pick the legal defense team/law firm the plaintiff's requested, the judge before him picked the law firms not Curiel.... Curiel simply signed off/certified theirprevious to him, picks.

Curiel does NOT belong to the National Council OF La Raza, this contentious Hispanic group in Conservative's heads...

Curiel belongs to a networking of Lawyers, a group NOT affiliated with the National Council of La Raza, called the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association... which also IS NOT AFFILIATED with the Hispanic Bar Association....

This judge was appointed by a Republican Governor to be a judge for the State, then Obama appointed him to a federal judgeship.,,,with the Senate's consent via voice vote... no one objected out of 100 senators, all simply saying yea....for his approval... R's and D's....

What is being done with the false accusations and in the public arena and in the court of public opinion by Trump, is the deed of a slivering, slimy serpent...and WRONG to do to anyone....

IF the Don's lawyers have any real proof this judged is being biased in his decisions then his lawyers need to file for a recusal, show proof of his bias, and get him removed the proper legal way.

This AMERICAN man that you are trashing simply because the don, told you to, put his life and his family's life at stake to prosecute as an attorney general a MEXICAN Drug cartel who put an assassination hit out on Curiel...

So now that the TRUTH has come out about Judge Cureil being the racist, flaming hate pusher, and activist-judge, open borders advocate, the liberals previously trying to paint Trump U as a scam and Trump as a scammer and Judge Curiel as a poor, victim of anti- Hispanic bigotry, are now running for their lives trying to pretend they never said these things.

Their deflection MO seems to be to talk about Curiel's San Diego La Raza Lawyers Assn not being the same organization as the National Council of La Raza (as if that matters much)

Look at the rats deserting the sinking ship. No matter. Over the next week, Trump will be exposing Curiel for everything he's done to promote illegal immigration and oppose border security, as well as his connection to the suit against Trump U, and his connection to the Hillary campaign, and once again will show the mass media and the anti-Trumpers to be the fools they are. They still haven't assessed the brilliance of their adversary. Ho hum.
