Greetings
The Lord says, Because of your unbelief, no one can enter the Kingdom of God, and offending the Holy Spirit, this is the result of your actions
"Therefore, thus says the Lord of hosts: 'Because you have not heard My words,
Behold, I will send and take all the families of the north,' says the Lord, 'and Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, My servant, and will bring them against this land, against its inhabitants, and against these nations all around, and will utterly destroy them, and make them an astonishment, a hissing, and perpetual desolations.
Jer 25:8-9
Notice the chapter of this warning because Judah refuses to obey, not only is God going to bring the king of Babylon (Satan) against Judah, but he is going to bring him against all the nations around and about.
2nd, this verse states that this judgment is the result in total and Perpetual, that is, everlasting destruction.
The word perpetual or everlasting destruction is identified with the form from the North to the South and from the East to the West of the world, and the lake of fire
Verse 10, which follows, states
Moreover, I will take from them the voice of mirth, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride, the sound of the millstones, and the light of the candle. Jer 25:10 (KJV)
The phrase the voice of mirth [Joy], the voice of gladness, the voice of the bride, the groom, and the voice of the bride, the sound of a millstone, and the light of a candle.
Historically, all those identified with the true gospel have been associated with the land of Judah and Jerusalem, which have been destroyed; however, we learned earlier that near the end of Judah, Jerusalem represents the eternal evidence of the Kingdom of God, as found in the church and congregation.
them, there is the famine of viewing the word of God because the Holy Spirit soon will be removed from the midst of the church.
that I shall take thy candle from in Revelation 2:5
Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first work, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lampstand from its place--unless you repent.
Rev 2:5
Continuing with Jeremiah chapter 25, the prophet of this chapter relates to the 70 years we are presently in this time, and we read verses 11 and 13:
And this whole land shall be desolation and an astonishment, and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years.
'Then it will come to pass, when seventy years are completed, that I will punish the king of
Babylon and that nation, the land of the Chaldeans, for their iniquity,' says the Lord; 'and I will make it a perpetual desolation.
Jer 25:11-12.
And it shall come to pass, when seventy years are accomplished, that I will punish the king of Babylon, and that nation, saith the LORD, for their iniquity, and the land of the Chaldeans, and will make it perpetual desolations.
And I will bring upon that land all my words which I have pronounced against it, even all that is
written in this book, which Jeremiah Hath prophesied against all nations.
Jer 25:12-13.
And in this verse, we learned that the king of Babylon will rule over all nations for the entire 708 years, but the end of the 70-year judgment will come upon Babylon, and against us, we are taught that this judgment is to come upon all nations.
In these verses 15 through 17, God reiterates that judgment is to come upon all nations, the entire world
Note the phrase all nations This is very important and outstanding too. This is so because the judgment upon all countries and nations is the N of the history of man; therefore, we can be sure that in Jeremiah chapter 25, we'll see the fullness of the judgment of God that begins with his judgment on Jerusalem and Judah.
God says in verses 15 and 17.
For thus says the Lord God of Israel to me: "Take this wine cup of fury from My hand, and cause all the nations, to whom I send you, to drink it.
And they will drink and stagger and go mad because of the sword that I will send among them."
Then I took the cup from the Lord's hand, and made all the nations drink, to whom the Lord had sent me:
Jer 25:15-17.
Note the phrase all nations. This is very important and outstandingly true, indicating the spirit of truth.
This is so because the judgment upon all nations is the end of the world. Therefore, we can be sure that Jeremiah chapter 25 is particularly looking to the times of the end of the world.
The end of the world, meaning the completion
To say hey, it is a bit difficult for you to say, the language of Jeremiah appears to be speaking about 70 years from 609 BC to 539 BC, but it is speaking, about the end of the world.
As we continue in Jeremiah chapter 25, we see that the judgment God has in view begins with judgment on Jerusalem and Judah.
We continue in this study, Jeremiah chapter 25, we see that the judgment of God has in view begins with His Judgment on Jerusalem and Judah. Veres 18 Prophesies:
To wit, Jerusalem, and the cities of Judah, and the kings thereof, and the princes thereof, to make them desolation, an astonishment, and hissing, and a curse as it is this day.
Jer 25:18 (KJV)
We will find that verses 18 to 26 detailed God's plan for judgment, but it begins with judgment upon Jerusale and Judah and upon congregations.
Jerusalem and Judah Are the churches, And the congregations of our modern day which are eternal corporate representation Of the Kingdom of God. Wherefore Jeremiah chapter 25 verse 18 is giving us the same truth that we find in 1 Peter chapter 4:17 where we read for the time is come that judgment begins in the House of God, we are assured that when judgment falls on the church and the congregation, this Judgment is going to transition into the final judgment upon the whole world
Jeremiah chapter 25 verse 18 goes on to say that Jerusalem and Judah will become a desolation and a curse.
Where is 18 to 26 detailed God's plan for judgment? It begins with judgment upon Jerusalem and Judah.
Early we learned that the only entity that come that can identify with Jerusalem and Judah are the Churches and the congregation half hour modern day which are eternal corporate representation Kingdom of God.
Therefore, Jeremiah chapter 28 verse 18 is giving the same truth that we find in 1 Peter chapter 1, verse 17, where we read that the time of judgment must begin in the House of God. We are being assured that when judgment falls on the church and the congregation, this judgment is going to transition into the final judgment upon the whole world.
Jeremiah Chapter 25 verse 18 is giving the same truth that we find in first Peter chapter 4 verse 17 we read for the time is come that judgment must begin in the House of God we are being assured that when judgment falls on the church and the congregation this judgment is going to transition And through the final judgment upon the whole world.
Jeremiah 25:18 goes on to say that Jerusalem and Judah will become desolate and a curse.
This matches the language of Second Thessalonians chapter 2, where God indicates the man of sin, Satan! will take his seat and he will rule in the temple, the church, and the congregation. At the same time 2nd Thessalonians chapter 2 teaches That he who restrains the Holy Spirit restrains sin Will be taken out of the midst.
This is within the church, God the Holy Spirit will no longer be applied to the word of God to the lives of those who are present.
There will be a great famine of hearing the word of God.
All nations must drink the wrath of God
Jeremiah chapter 25 then lists a great many nations of the world in Jeremiah’s days as illustrative of all the nations of the world that exist at the end of time. The fact is so clearly sung in the precise language of verse 26.
all the kings of the north, far and near, one with another; and all the kingdoms of the world which are on the face of the earth. Also, the king of Sheshach shall drink after them.
Jer 25:26
No one can argue with the phrase in this verse and all the kingdoms of the world which are upon the face of the earth, without question, this is referring to the final judgment when Christ comes at the end of the world.
And the angels who did not keep their proper domain, but left their own abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day;
as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them in a similar manner to these, having given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
Jude 1:6-7
I take a pause. This is called feed my sheep
