"Intelligence" and "secular humanism" are mutually exclusive.
That has nothing to do with religion or the Judeo-Christion God...It's that they're nihilists, and nihilism is one of the most anti-intellectual things I can think of.
LMAO ....
Perfect comment.

Cool post.
A goody.
Here is a word you might like:
oxymoron -- "a figure of speech in which apparently contradictory terms appear in conjunction"
For example "An intelligent anti-faith Secular Humanists"

As a Baptist do you believe that 2/3rds of Jews will die when Jesus returns and a third will convert? Do you believe in the Rapture?

I am in the Baptist and Reformed Presbyterian
traditions.
I am not to fond of denominational labels. They can be very
misleading/confusing as all labels can be misleading/confusing,
for example:
Bob: Are you a Fundamentalist?
Tom: Yes.
Bob: So you handle rattlesnakes in your church services.
Tom: What?
Bob: Well I know some Fundies who handle rattlesnakes in church.
LOL , , , you see my point about labels?
With regard to Christian Eschatology: I am a Postmillennialist.
Postmillennialists do not believe that National Israel has any future role
in history other than being a nation, just like all other nations, that will
eventually become Christianized. We believe that all nations
will come to know the Lord Jesus as Savior through the power
of the Holy Spirit using the simple gospel presented in the New
Testament to convert them. We believe this is a slow gradual
process that will require mega-millenniums yet ahead.
Regarding the "rapture": Yes I do believe in what you call a
"rapture" but NOT the way the Premillennialists teach it. My view
of the "rapture" : The Rapture is The Second Coming of our Lord Jesus,
which is going to be a very very long time in the far off future.
Best.
