The inconceivable failure of law enforcement

It was bad enough that law enforcement failed to prevent this shooting despite having 39 calls to the home of the shooter. But for an armed law enforcement officer to hide outside like a coward while children were being shot is absolutely unconscionable.

This coward should be fired, forbidden from ever working in law enforcement again, and should be charged as an accomplice for every death he could have prevented.
