As such I think Trump is generating revenue to pay down U.S debt and for tax cuts when he applies them to Canada but I digress. He could probably generate between $600B and $1T over the next four years with such tariffs against Mexico and Canada. If he used it to pay down debt,.along with say $4T in total expenditure cuts in the U.S, he could make a meaningful impact on U.S debt. Thousands dead per year from alcohol induced vehicular collisions. Alcohol related split up families. That alcohol is as bad or worse than any other mind altering chemical, but yet we sell that crap in practically every outlet. Worse we even advertise alcohol as if it will make a person the life of the party! If they dont want that they can move to Amefica or pass it on to Americans who can decide if the want to pay that new price.
