I don’t mind having some conspiracy theory running around inside their heads. Heck, if they have actual reasonable support for their present conspiracy, I’m even fine with them staying their belief and offering whatever support for it they might have.

But I see it as worthless to the point of being insulting to just spout off a conspiracy theory as if it’s somehow a factual assertion yet left completely unsupported.

(By the way, conspiracies do exist. But relatively few expressed conspiracy theories offer meaningful factual support much less support from logic.)
