That's not our side. Our side did no such thing. The prosecutor in his city or state charged him with these charges.
- First-degree reckless homicide (using a dangerous weapon) – in the death of Joseph Rosenbaum.
- First-degree intentional homicide (using a dangerous weapon) – in the death of Anthony Huber.
- Attempted first-degree intentional homicide(using a dangerous weapon) – for wounding Gaige Grosskreutz
.
- First-degree recklessly endangering safety (using a dangerous weapon) – two counts, relating to other bystanders.
Rittenhouse traveled from Illinois to Wisconsin to help protect local businesses, after there were protests following the
shooting of Jacob Blake by a police officer. On August 25, 2020, Rittenhouse was armed with an
AR-15 style rifle
After Joseph Rosenbaum chased and cornered Rittenhouse in a dealership parking lot and grabbed the barrel of his rifle, Rittenhouse fatally shot him
Rittenhouse fled and was pursued by a crowd. He fatally shot a second man, Anthony Huber, who struck Rittenhouse with a skateboard and tried to grab his rifle in a brief struggle. Afterwards, Gaige Grosskreutz approached Rittenhouse and pointed a pistol at him. Rittenhouse shot and wounded Grosskreutz in the right arm.
Rittenhouse ultimately walked towards officers with his hands raised, was not contacted by police at the scene, and turned himself in the next day.
WTF? Now that's some white conservative privilege. Almost like the police were okay with the vigilanti murdering liberal protesters. I know you're cool with it.
Stop changing the subject. The guy ICE murdered in Minnesota has got to disturb you. But it doesn't because it was a liberal who got shot. See what's wrong with your America? We aren't really free. Carrying a gun really isn't an inalienable right if we can do it too dude.
