I disagree with the killing of either of them, however, when you insert yourself into a situation you increase the risk of a bad interaction. Just don’t put yourself into the situation and your chance of not having problem increases exponentially.
Yes, I think Pretti and Goode were bad situations but I’m talking about in general. Most of the interactions you see are because of violence or interference towards ice agents.

Now, I didn’t say there was any legal issue carrying at a protest unless there are state laws prohibiting it, I said that if you carry in a protest where you have a high likelihood of interacting with law enforcement or other counter protesters, you run the risk of having a bad interaction.
My only question is why one would feel the need to bring a gun to a protest.
Well, the Good situation was bad, but the video does show her striking the officer. Now I do agree that the officer, once out of danger, should not have shot through the side window.
Pretti is another situation where he shouldn’t have been shot, but again, this just reinforces my first statement, why did he bring a gun to a place where he knew he was going to have an interaction with law enforcement? Why did he, knowing he was carrying a gun, get involved with ice agents that day. I’m not excusing his murder, but, when you are carrying a weapon, you have to use better judgement about what you do.
