That first amendment thing actually only has much application if saying something to government in a public place or the halls of government itself, and then, really only against retribution by government, not on privately owned, operated or controlled computer media boards, not under control of the government. They pretty much have say so, over what their site is used for, like it or not. Our system allow people to set up their own competing board that they can control, if they wish.

But, he also emphasized that a Delaware computer repair shop owner handed over the documents and images to the FBI last December after he learned of the concerning contents on a damaged Apple MacBook Pro – and it remained unclear what further investigation the bureau performed, if any.

"How come [the existence of the laptop] didn't pop up during the impeachment trial? There is material on here that's exculpatory to President Trump. They should have turned that stuff over," Costello told Fox News, referring to the lengthy impeachment trial launched against the U.S. President this year. "Who knows whether they ever even looked at it? I don't know what they did. Why did the FBI sit on this? They have had it for eleven months."

Why? Because all of the material has been determined to be forged and leads back to the Russian government's hacking of Burisma in November of last year.

The phony story of the computer repair shop "finding" Hunter's laptop, investigating its contents, and then calling Rudy Guliani with the information is so laughable fake, that you have to completely suspend all critical thinking ability to buy into it.

They didn't determine that the emails were forged!!!!

Plus, the emails are time stamped, and are over four years old (and you are trying to say that they came from a Russian hack of Burisma in NOVEMBER OF LAST YEAR)....

This would have impacted this election for sure if the FBI had released this earlier. Would have reduced questions regarding impeachment and reduced wavering voters. Especially in the last month with early voting. Totally impactful!
