First companies (like the Dollar stores and Walmart) building their business models in large part on EBT and now this.

TL;DR summary:

There is a huge network for not for profit businesses that create endless self-servicing bureaucracy and waste billions of dollars.

None of these companies have anything to gain by actually solving the problem, and most of money goes pay the fat salaries of administrators.

I suspect the same "playbook" is being used with NGOs and the illegal invaders.
