Christmas is nice, but Easter is better.

He lived.

He was murdered.

He rose again and sits at the right hand of the Father.

He will come again!

The most impactful event in history, the epic story of all epic stories, and the only way to be saved: Jesus Christ is alive!

Is everyone saved from their sins? And, are there degrees of salvation? 1Corinthians 15:39-41. I think so. There are those who when put before the judgment seat that have not bowed their knees and confessed Jesus is the Christ will at the very end do so to be saved from Perdition for eternity and receive the glory of the stars (Telestial). There will be those good people who believe in God but lacked a strong faith and testimony of Jesus Christ that will receive the glory of the Terrestrial. And then there are those who believed in Christ and showed their faith with strong testimony and received all the necessary ordinances like emersion baptism and baptism of the Spirit who are the glory of the Celestial.

Few want Jesus to return because if and when he does it will be the end of our wonderful civilization as we know it. Many Christians want Jesus to return, but not just yet.

It can be confusing.
Was Jesus in the tomb three day and nights, or a day and a half? Was he the fulfillment of all animal sacrifices, the real Passover lamb? If so, why do we call it "Easter" and not Passover? Do rabbits lay eggs? What do new Easter outfits have to do with it? Why don't Jews recognize Jesus as the Passover lamb?

Re-read my statement. I didn’t say his birth was the most impactful day. However, His death isn’t either. His taking upon the sins from Adam to the end of the world on Gethsemane would be. We will all be resurrected but not all with return to Heaven. And most not to the Celestial Glory mansion either.
