Do you have any clue how long most vaccines are tested before they're OK'd for distribution to the public? Do you know the history of the Polio vaccine? Those "vaccines" were rushed through (which I have no problem with...it was a dire situation!) which means there were no long term tests done on the side effects. One of the stipulations the drug companies insisted on was that they could not be held liable for any adverse reactions. They demanded that because nobody knows what the long term effects on the vaccines may be.
Let me give you an example of the overreach of the Biden Administration. My friend was a Paramedic. He had Covid, quarantined for ten days after his fever broke as was prescribed but was then informed that ALL first responders had to get the Covid vaccine or they would be terminated. He didn't trust the vaccines (With good reason) and asked for a waiver because he had natural immunity from having had Covid. That was refused. There were no exceptions. So he took early retirement rather than put an untested substance in his body.

He was rehabbing just fine until he caught COVID in the cardic rehab facility because a bunch of we won't be mandated to wear mask dumb asses were empoylees of that facility. After he caught COVID, he never was the same and even though they said they got it, his heart was not strong enough at that point to handle whtever effects come with long covid and he died. So there ain't no such thing as government overreach on vaccine or mask mandates when it comes to viruses that can kill us. In my opinIon, anybody who decides they would rarther pass a virus to another person rather than wear a mask or get vaccinated should be put in prison.

Have you ever heard of bail bonds? These exist because the police are throwing people in jail immediately even before the DA has drawn up charges. The reason for this is mens rea and sufficient evidence for temporary incarceration.
