For all we know the funds are simply being transferred to Nazisrael -- part or all .

Alternatively, the funds are actually first going to private US ( Deep State) contractors and then passed on to places like Kyiv as equipment /weapons .
This would obviously be yet another way to move funds into Black Ops / Deep State .

Or . They are then being moved from Kyiv to NATO countries for the same thing to basically happen.
This time it would be to give NATO the reserves to defend a major Russian move toward Odessa and to generally extend the war to weaken Russia through long term erosion of fighters , weapons etc etc .
That is , continuation of the Never Ending Wars philosophy .

You can theorise from now until Xmas and not be 100% sure.

In Moscow's shoes I would be looking carefully at launching a blitzkrieg move toward Odessa right now -- weather and reserves allowing . Plus Computer assessed consequences .
