Do garbage men and plumbers interact with children all day and in their care?

The issue is access to children, as well as their authority over them. The more they have the greater the protection seems to be, but you don't. Fun fact, I don't see articles every week about garbage men being arrested for molesting children.

Do you know how many OTHER children are present in a classroom as teachers are seldom alone with any children whatsoever?

Personally, other than when I was an assistant principal, I don't recall being alone in a classroom with a student in my 21-year career where it was not voluntary and the classroom door was always open.

When I was an assistant principal, there was always a secretary a few steps away outside an open door.
