Trump threw out enough red meat tonight to have his same backers (that he always has had,) stick by him until next month......what that means is that the GOP leadership has now a much more serious problem.

They...the GOP......cannot keep calling for Trump to resign his candidacy although it is virtually certain that he will lose this election. So, the GOP does have a serious dilemma....they are STUCK with a loser who will jeopardize not only the WH (obviously) but also lose the senate as well for them.

No right winger on thsi forum could honestly (and I emphasize, honestly) say that after tonight's debate Trump has gained one more vote from the electorate.....he may have temporarily stopped the bleeding of elected and prominent republicans abandoning him, but he desperately needs NEW voters.......and that factor is way, way beyond his reach.

Correct.

In fact, Trump is benefitting Democrats.

Of course, Trump’s ‘candidacy’ has overall been a benefit to Democrats.

Hitlery got bitchslapped and then she lied about what is REALLY going on in Syria....blaming Putin for what CIA funded ISIS ius doing there. I would LOVE to debate that klunt........

Tonight won't stop the bleeding. Anyone tied to this loser will suffer if they don't back away from him. Nothing has changed. He still said what he said, and rest assured, a shitstorm of new material on his taxes, sexual assault (both groping, and the lewd disgusting comments on tape from the Apprentice) are coming. It's only just starting. Best to jump off the Trump train now, before it gets much much worse.
