Some new theories appeared in the scientific communities, that genetics play a huge role in attraction, personality, and dating prospects. I think some DNA dating agencies exist now, who match you against a database of others, who all did a DNA test.

1.How true do you think that is and how well understood is the genetics behind attraction, dating and personality?
2.How "race" or "ethnicity" fits into that, and even if it would, how well would it be accepted by the mainstream because of political correctnes? I guess they will say it has nothing to do with race or even that interracial is healthier? The link to the article I gave shows one interracial couple, right? What would you make out of it, because if i think of DNA matches, I would first think of or expect that people of the same "race" or ethnicity were to be matched?

I'd say this is just a nature versus nurture argument.
Lots of factors involved in choosing someone, some choose wisely, some choose foolishly, why do people choose who they choose? Because they need something in their life, like support? Because they want to show off? Because they want a friend? Because someone is convenient?

I'm not sure how science determines such things, but whatever. I guess personally, I like blue eyes. I don't know what it is, but blue eyes makes a girl much more attractive to me. Is that because I have blue eyes? I don't know.

All I know is, out of all the girls I had an interest in, only one of them had brown eyes. The rest had blue.

Even if they match you by genetics, how they would know that you are for example gay? Would they know by your genome that you are gay and match you with gays?
