California revolted and ended the life of Beto's half sister with a well thrown rock at a Beto pop rally that bounced off and hit the half sister in the head. The buy back was ended. A week later Beto was found in a shallow grave, buns up, with a smile on his face inside San Francisco's China Town.

China tried to fight back but was only able to level California and New York shifting the balance of power.
