This struck me as odd at the time, what is the front SS Agent doing?

He’s trained on the sniper nest and seems to cringe or react, maybe look over the scope, when the first shots are fired at Trump.

The rear Agent never flinches

We really really truly need a deep dive into the people in the SS detachment and their operating orders

There’s absolutely no doubt that they were focused on the shooter the entire time

I took it as him just bearing down on his target.....The shooter was on the reverse slope of a pitched roof.

What with the shooter being skinny in the first place the SS sniper had a very small target (head) to work with that required a bit more precision at that distance.

At 140 meters it was about like a groundhog with just it's head/shoulders out of it's hole. Easy enough shot at that distance for the experienced shooter but more care and time had to be taken to make it.

Also other factors came into play like heat waves coming off what was likely a very hot roof and a bit of wind.

The SS sniper did just fine.

Anyone who believes this attempt to whack President Trump is a one-man operation must be high on the whacky tobacky.

The event was only planned for a few days, how could the assigned shooter have known where exactly it would be and that he would be able to get on top of the adjacent building with all of the SS people around?

He was a full time worker in a nursing home on the other side of Pittsburgh an hour away.

Pretending that it was a "lone wolf" and a disturbed youth are just the talking points the media is going with.

Fortunately, President Trump was aware enough to turn when he heard the bullet coming and taking the bullet in the top of the ear avoiding serious damage.

I love watching the 3 females. Their names have got to be Curly, larry and moe

Maybe find out what the politics of each Secret Service member may be.

Are they really trying to save you?

All of the secret service people involved for not springing into action and protecting Trump and ignoring various warnings about there being an active shooter should be arrested and charged with attempted murder. That's just my opinion anyways.

“With respect to whether or not this was the first time, it was. It was the first time Secret Service counter snipers were deployed to support the former president’s details.”

“The former president at campaign rallies has actually been getting state and local resources — tactical assets, counter snipers from state and locals,” Rowe added.

This begs the question: why did it take until that day for such measures to be deemed necessary? What do they know?

i love this bar.

Can't understand why more gunshot victims don't hear the bullet coming and then dodge it?
And too, why don't more such victims have the foresight to elect to take the bullet in some innocuous part of their anatomy?

Wouldn't there be a lot fewer gunshot fatalities if we could simply train likely victims to be agile, alert, and quick?

No?
