A Seattle judge has dismissed a lawsuit that hoped to bar Fox News Channel from transmitting its popular primetime opinion programs

We need a law that says all news and commentary needs to have at least two sides of issues presented to keep their broadcast license. Let the viewers decide who is lying. CNN and MSDNC only present their democrat side. We need "news related shows" to be "fair & balanced".
