Michelle Obama will never run. As biased partisan as she is, I will say that she is far, far too intelligent to want a totally thankless job where 50% of the country will be constantly trying to take her down.

The Michelle Obama candidacy is nothing more than typical right win fear mongering. I remember when the Republicans lost the Senate in the 2006 midterms and the same conservatives were freaking out about how Hillary Clinton was going to be made the majority leader. LOL. Yeah, a junior Senator in her first term was going to made majority leader.

Not necessarily. LBJ was forced out in the 68 election
LBJ was handling an unpopular war. No one's going to force out Biden, especially after the mid-terms. He might step aside however.
BTW NH doesn't mean much anymore. Dems are moving their first primary to SC. That's good because IA and NH are mostly white progressives who are a minority in the party.

He had Vietnam, so I can see why he was forced out, Robert was their first choice until his untimely death.
Here’s the issue Biden is the sitting President, so unless he steps aside he will most likely be the Candidate in 2024.
The issue with the Democratic Party is if they do run Biden for a second term then the GOP should win easily because of Biden's lies and gaffes, but knowing the GOP they can mess up a wet dream.
If it is Newsom, well Democrats better understand that Gavin's style of politics will lose you the Electoral College.
Democrats need to do bold but they lack bold, so unless Trump is the 2024 candidate I can not see the Democrats winning.
