Heck, I think our country is on its last legs. The issue is not ANOTHER PARTY created.

The issue is CORRECTING and EXTERMINATING the CORRUPTION currently existing in parties.
And how do we do that? Create EXTREMELY, EXPLICITLY concise and direct laws stating what political parties CAN and CANNOT do, with NO GRAY AREAS of any sort. Including, but not limited to, funds/money, lobbying, advertising, interactions with foreign governments, abuse of power, abuse of tax payers money, lying, cheating, commiting fraud and propagandizing "promises" that are lies. Just to name a few.

Get rid of the corruption and lackluster laws governing political parties, and they will straighten up........as the criminal element won't see any use in wasting their time being strapped down to severe, strict, and non-gray laws that have extremely deadly deterrents for law breakers.
