Thanks to Drudge, we learn that Judicial Watch has found a federal judge with the juevos to demand the truth about where they are. Never read the NY Observer before and have no idea its political leaning. But, this is an interesting story and it will be interesting to see if he appoints a panel to do what Holder won't
