In all of my over 8 decades of life we have depended on undocumented workers to harvest our crops and do manual labor. In that time, we should have made a way for them to be here legally for the work period, and apply for citizenship if they can fulfil the necessary requirements. Domestic tranquility? LOL The worst cities for violence in the US are not Portland or Chicago. In fact, many are in red states.
