San Francisco has been a city of culture and trend setting. People come from all over the world to see the historic landmarks and enjoy the old neighborhoods that were once filled with generations of middle class, and low income, and the rich.

San Francisco is now a city just for the Mega Rich.

First and foremost, I am not saying that I do not like the boom of the High-Tech Bubble in the Bay Area , but with those tax breaks in S.F for the Hipster's, only the Mega rich can afford to live here anymore .

The Mayor of San Francisco Ed Lee gave some big tax breaks for the Hi Tech's who would come live and work in the city.

So here is what has happened after the Tax breaks for the Mega Rich and those looking to become Mega Rich.

The low income, middle class been evicted out of their homes, the buildings along with the culture are being torn down and hi- rise apartments, and mega mansions are being built for the high demand of new homes in the city and surrounding cities.
The Hipster's ( new word for the High Tech workers ) are flocking in, looking to get rich just like the gold rush days.

The low income housing has vanished along with affordable housing for the middle class who are leaving the bay area to more affordable counties and other states.

This is the new trend, and may be already happening in the desired cities that you live in.


The Dumb Ass Mayor is now trying to pass Measure A to build affordable housing, as he knows that he made a Disaster out of the city that he was voted into, leaving the people that voted for him out in the street.
