The Evolution of Cam Newton

Carolina has improved from week one, is Cam the reason, is he that much better or is the defense keeping him in the games so he can win?

The Evolution of Cam Newton

Is he the missing key or is he the supplement to the leagues best defense?

Can they catch or even pass New Orleans in their division?
I think Newton is the future Terry Bradshaw.

He will have several Superbowl rings eventually.
Do you live in the Carolina's? Or did you root for or attend the college he played for? Or are you black? I want to know if you have any bias'. LOL
I am lily white -- German, Greek, Scottish.
I have only been in the Carolina's once to visit my girlfriend at Ga Tech from Norfolk VA.
I went to college and grad school in SF Calif.
I love the Raiders.
Alright you passed the unbias/bias test. I think he's good too. When he didn't win last year I thought, "I wonder if he will ever be back" because there are a lot of other teams out there that want to win too. And sometimes it doesn't matter how good you are it's your team. Same way I wonder if Seattle will ever get back. They came so close to repeating and who knows what each year will bring. Look at Aaron Rogers. What a great career huh? He only made it there once.

After winning the NFC championship game, the Packers earned a trip to Super Bowl XLV—a game in which they won, 31–25, against the Pittsburgh Steelers. In the game, Rodgers completed 24 of 39 pass attempts for304 yards and three touchdowns in the win, and was named Super Bowl MVP for his performance.

And even Aaron Rogers hasn't been back since 2010.
Pittsburg was an incredible team and their dominance of the NFL was unprecedented.

And unlike the New England Cheaters they did not need to cheat.
In your previous post did you mean to leave out Big Ben?

I revived your 2013 post. LOL. I did a search for Cam Newton is how I found it.

He holds the Super Bowl record for the lowest passer rating for a winning quarterback (22.6) and he was not the MVP in either of the two victories.

4 Year’s later it’s cam vs brees still

If it weren’t for that chip shot missed field goal earlier cam would be in field goal range for the win right now.

But it is fun to see cam lose. It may not matter that people root against him but he makes it easy

Cams receiver just missed an easy catch. You can’t fault cam but haha anyways.

Miss a FG and that was the difference. I felt he didn't need to force it with first down from the 30 which caused his grounding penalty. He he had a minute on the clock ad should have picked up some short yardage, out of bounds and stop the clock.

I watched Montana do that for years, and too few QB's work the clock with his skill. They should at least have such a game plan and not feel they have to force every last play. It only leaves time on the clock for the opposition even if you do score.

In the end though, that missed FG sealed their fate and was the difference. Tough one.

You only get so many opportunities to cement your legacy on the game. Drew brees just scored points in my book and cam got screwed by his teammates. That field goal was a chip shop and then cam threw a ball in the end zone his receiver should have caught to win the game. Had the field goal gone in earlier he wouldn’t have needed a td to win he would have played it differently.

I love to see cam fail because he’s cocky but I admit he good
