One of my favorite arguments is democrats saying that Elon Musk elected Trump while a slew of billionaires donated 1.5 billion to the Kamala Harris campaign, about twice the amount Trump had.

Yup. They ran a campaign in 2020 attacking Trump for not taking any responsibility for anything and then spent the next four years never taking any responsibility for anything, even as Biden had an approval rating less than 40% most of the time and only 25% of Americans thinking the country was going in the right direction. But, none of that was their fault, even after four years. Even when asked, Kamala Harris couldn't think of anything she would have done differently than Biden. They wanted Americans to vote for another four years of a potato head mixed with word salads.

And the first 6 years of the Obama regime when he blamed Bush for everything. I inherited, I inherited remember that excuse making. What a loser, he ran for the job, got the job then whined and cried.

Republicans really did learn Gerrymandering from the Democrats. Back when the Democrats supported Jim Crow and Segregation in the South they gerrymandered the shit out of it. The peoples House needs proportional representation to help break up the two party monopoly the GOP/DEM's seem to have.

Bodycam footage of Minnesota Democrat Senator Nicole Mitchell was released during the trial for her first-degree burglary charges on Tuesday.

Minnesota Democrat Senator Nicole Mitchell was arrested last April for breaking into her stepmother’s Detroit Lakes home to retrieve some of her recently deceased father’s belongings.

Nicole Mitchell’s stepmother called 911 and reported a burglary at her home on April 22, 2024.

Mitchell wore all black and tried to run out of the basement as law enforcement arrived on the scene to confront her.

The Democrat was charged with first-degree burglary and possession of burglary or theft tools, CBS News reported.

The jury was seated on Monday. On Tuesday, bodycam footage of police officers confronting a beanie-clad Mitchell was released.

Excerpt from CBS News:

According to the criminal complaint, Mitchell’s stepmother called 911 to report the burglary, and Detroit Lakes police arrived to see Mitchell fleeing to the basement.

Mitchell, who police say was dressed in black, allegedly told police she had entered the home to retrieve personal items connected to her recently deceased father after her stepmother cut off contact with her and other family members.

Charges say officers found a backpack with two laptops inside, a cellphone, Tupperware, items identifying Mitchell and a sock-covered flashlight.

“Clearly I’m not good at this,” Mitchell allegedly told officers, according to court documents. “I know I did something bad.”

Mitchell pleaded not guilty and issued a statement following the arrest that she was helping a loved one with Alzheimer’s.
