The effect of the Army breakfast.

Huh, must be where my old doctor got it from.....He also said to include deer meat.
I'll eat it because I killed it, but I prefer beef. Haven't killed one in years but I'll donate any that I kill in the future.
 
Sounds good as a start but I want some chipped beef gravy and hash browns for a proper SOS.

Two eggs over easy, two slices of toast, and a glass of milk.

If you were underweight, you would gain weight. If overweight, you would lose weight. Pretty smart.
It also promotes regularity (and less toilet paper).
 
I always say that an Army messhall is the best place for breakfast. My favorite was an omlete with everthing and covered in chipped beef and hash browns on the side.
 
Eggs, from a chicken not injected with chemicals, are a fine source of nourishment. Sausage, bacon, and other ptocessed junk are simply bad.
