Isnt that just heat. It depends what the source of the pain is. Muscle strain tight hamstrings, ruptured disk. See an orthopedist. Get a diagnosis

As stupid as suggesting you visit a specialist before getting a high dose of D3 from sunlight .

So in your mind its better know to know whats really going on. Back pain is often an L 5 herniation. Shine light on that and you spend years in pain in a wheelchair. Great thinking

I've never seen a doctor prescribe it as a treatment in 15 years of nursing
