Well, since I'm not a registered Democrat, they don't send me ballots that let me vote in other states' Senate district races, but you apparently think it's legal to do so. No surprise there, and neither is it surprising you think the demographics are the same as for House districts; if you weren't stupid you wouldn't be a Democrat after all, unless you're also a sicko deviant of some kind.
