The DOGE forum

Some of our betters will see this OP, but decide to wait a couple weeks because "That goofy yaller d0g doesn't dictate to us". I ain't dictating, just a suggestion, since the post dates are all from last summer.

What was more useless? DOGE or the DOGE forum? Conservatives insist that there is like a gazillion dollars of fraud in Minnesota but DOGE found none of it...LOL.

Secretary Kristi Noem, contracted to purchase two Gulfstream G700 luxury jets for roughly $172 million (with some reports citing up to $200 million for associated costs).

As Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem oversaw a $220 million national advertising campaign

More evidence that DOGE did nothing except fire people in public then rehire most in private.

Should probably go the way of DOGE.
No I like it.

Trump under fire after $1.25 billion in relief funds redirected to personal fund he controls for life.

Donald Trump has spent years selling you Bibles, NFTs, and Trump Steaks. But now, he doesn't need to sell you anything anymore. He's found something better: just taking your tax dollars directly, with no pesky retail transactions required.

Here's what happened while you were watching the news this week. The State Department quietly transferred $1.25 billion in congressionally authorized foreign aid — $1 billion meant for international disaster relief, $200 million for peacekeeping operations, $50 million for international organizations — into something called Trump's "Board of Peace."

There was no congressional vote nor any public announcement. When reporters asked the State Department about it, the response was: "We have nothing to announce at this time."

What exactly is the Board of Peace? It is a fund that Trump created by executive order. He named himself chairman for life. It has no audits, transparency requirements, or conflict of interest rules. Countries pay $1 billion to get a seat at the table. It has transferred nothing to Gaza. It has disclosed nothing about its spending. And when Trump leaves the White House, he, not the government, keeps the fund.

That is not a bug. That is the feature. Your hurricane relief money and your refugee assistance are now sitting in a personal fund that a former president will control until he dies, with no accountability to anyone.

But wait — there's more. Trump has also filed a $10 billion lawsuit against the IRS over the leak of his tax records. The target of the lawsuit? The federal government. The government that Trump controls. He has openly acknowledged the absurdity himself, saying: "I'm supposed to work out a settlement with myself."

The DOJ attorneys defending against this lawsuit serve at his pleasure. The Attorney General now protecting the American people's interests is Trump’s former personal attorney, who conducted a softball interview with Ghislaine Maxwell just before she was transferred to a “country club” minimum security prison and who spent his tenure as Deputy Attorney General helping cover up the Epstein files, presumably at Trump's bidding. And Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent is standing by to sign the check.

That’s ten billion dollars from your taxes — negotiated by Trump, defended by Trump's cronies, and paid by Trump's Treasury.

Meanwhile, TSA workers went without paychecks because Congress couldn't fund DHS. Healthcare credits have been slashed. The Iran war is burning through a billion dollars a day without the constitutionally required congressional declaration of war. The sad thing is that there was always money available. It just wasn't going to the American people.

Trump’s old grift schemes required your participation. You could say no to the Bible. You could skip the NFT drop. You could avoid Trump University. You had a choice.

You cannot opt out of your tax dollars. You have already paid. The only question now is whether enough Americans understand what is being done with that money to make enough noise that someone — anyone — has to answer for it.

This is the biggest, most brazen theft in American political history. And Congress and the courts are just standing by watching it happen.

I wish there was one thread where everyone posted all the different ways Trump is either ripping us off or costing us money. Anyone who voted for Trump because he said he would eliminate waste fraud and abuse has to realize the GRIFT is on big time and in many, many different ways. Melania got how much for her documentary? That's just one of many, many, many ways the Trump's are ripping us off. They are making money off insider trading. Manipulating markets. Influence peddling.

Did you see this one???

Trump Administration Explores Spirit Rescue As Iran War Fuel Shock Hits Airlines

The Trump admin is in advanced talks about a potential rescue of low-cost carrier, which is struggling to exit bankruptcy, people familiar with the matter told Reuters.

I bet he gets a piece of this too.

The U.S. government is weighing a financing package that could include lending the airline up to $500 million in exchange for warrants, the Wall Street Journal reported.

What are warrants?

receive warrants that could be exchanged for a significant equity stake as part of any deal.
It remains unclear what authority the administration would use to provide such support, and any intervention would be unusual outside of broader industry-wide relief programs.

Is this socialism? Spirit Airlines bailout because Trump cost us? So add this to the $50 BILLION trump has spent in Iran.

Now compare that to the $1.7 billion deal Obama made with Iran. We already owed them $500 million 20 years ago on a deal we reniged on. With interest, Obama made the greatest deal and no nukes. Trump is like Bush and Chaney.

Why do we vote Republicans into the Presidency again? Biden was so bad??

You have a problem with this?

I don’t think they really care one way or the other. They think professional wrestling is real--where there are no consequences for anything. They’ve transferred that alternate reality to the real world.

How much did Elon give Trump? In exchange for all those government contracts.

Trump has a budget. But apparently he has a side kitty for ICE? He can do whatever he wants with it?

I mean, this is just like electing Lex Luthor as president. He has all the power and can do whatever he wants. Including rigging future elections.

No comment on government bailing out an airline?
I just mentioned it on another thread. OMG I was thinking about this last night. Imagine if Kamala did something that caused the global markets to run out of oil and gas. If she did something that caused prices to spike. And because of her actions, the US federal government had to bail out the farmers and airlines for billions of dollars. And her war was costing us $2 billion dollars a day.

Aren't President's supposed to get approval from Congress to wage a war? How can they say what Trump is doing is not a war? What is costing $2 billion a day if not a war? An excursion? Such bullshit.

Yes, DOGE is still working, though not as a centralized entity. The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) no longer operates under centralized leadership, but its mission continues through operatives embedded across federal agencies, a phenomenon described by government employees as having “burrowed into the agencies like ticks.”

DOGE’s principles—cutting waste, fraud, and abuse, deregulation, and workforce restructuring—remain active. Key figures from DOGE now hold influential roles in agencies like the IRS, CDC, and the newly formed National Design Studio (NDS), where they lead IT modernization, coding proficiency tests for staff, and AI-driven deregulation efforts. Despite Elon Musk’s departure in May 2025, he confirmed in a October 2025 podcast that “DOGE is still underway” and continues to cut waste.

The official DOGE charter remains active until July 4, 2026.
As of early 2026, $215 billion in savings has been verified, falling short of the $2 trillion goal.
DOGE’s work has shifted from publicized contract cancellations to internal, technical overhauls in government systems.
Agencies like the IRS and OMB continue implementing Silicon Valley-style reforms, including AI project reviews and HackerRank coding tests.
While some outlets reported DOGE’s disbandment in late 2025, officials and employees confirm its decentralized continuation.

They are slashing anything that benefits we the people to justify the tax breaks given to the rich. And who's going to DOGE Trump? He'll be long gone when we realized he cost us a trillion dollars. A TRILLION. Fools! DOGE my ass. This is the groundwork for Trump taking social security into what Trump did to his casinos. Bankruptsy. But his kids will be billionaires. Hell Trillionaires.

As of September 2025, Jared Kushner’s net worth is estimated to be over $1 billion, largely driven by the growth of his private equity firm, Affinity Partners, and his family real estate holdings. His wealth surged due to investments from Middle Eastern backers.

As of late 2025, Donald Trump Jr.'s net worth is estimated to be around $300 million to $500 million
As of late 2025, Eric Trump's net worth is estimated to be approximately $400 million to $750 million
Ivanka Trump's individual net worth is estimated to be between $50 million and $100 million as of late 2025.
Melania Trump’s estimated net worth is widely reported to be between $50 million and $70 million as of early 2026
The Biden crime family? And remember you can probably triple these numbers.
According to House Ways and Means Committee data, Donald Trump paid minimal federal income taxes in several years, including $750 in 2016 and 2017, and $0 in 2020.

Did you see this? I'm sure the Orange King gave his approval for his usual 10% cut.

Warner Bros Shareholders Approve Blockbuster Merger With Paramount Skydance

Warner Bros. Discovery shareholders voted Thursday to back its $110 billion merger with Paramount Skydance, a blockbuster move that's set to transform the entertainment landscape.

I guess this doesn't fall under DOGE. Doge isn't about eliminating waste, fraud and abuse. This would qualify as fraud and abuse of power right?

Of course this is just a hunch Trump gets a piece of the action. All action.

How's that free plane he got as a gift coming along? Gonna cost us $1 billion when it's done. And he takes it with him. Not to hell but to Florida.
