And they falsify what they have to report, which is why the DC Chief was fired and is under criminal investigation.Yep and fabricated because cities just don’t report.

Yes, very true.I agree it's a problem, but the root cause is using homes as investments instead of homes.
Corporations are buying all the housing and running the prices up.
Then they rent it back to you are a ruinous rate that guarantees you will never afford your own.
You are an idiot. You ain't seeking evidence.Housing causes crime? Evidence please.
I agree it's a problem, but the root cause is using homes as investments instead of homes.
Investments is the market, idiot. You are extremely ignorant. That has very little to do with the cost of rentals. The market drives the cocost.
Careful, your brainwashing is showing. The ultimate goal of the leftist elite is to end private property ownership. They can’t build their utopia and control citizens if they own property. Carbon output, gun ownership all of it.
Already covered…FBI data is incomplete, because crime reporting is being manipulated. Another example of you pushing fake shit. And, be careful with AI…it’s misleading you.AI Overview
According to a 2025 analysis of preliminary FBI data, violent crime in the US was at a 50-year low in 2024, continuing a steady decline from the spike in 2020
. The rate of homicides is also near a 50-year low. However, this trend applies mainly to violent offenses, as property crime rates have been more mixed.
Violent crime
- Near 50-year low: The overall violent crime rate, which includes murder, aggravated assault, robbery, and rape, dropped significantly in 2023 and 2024.
- Lower than 1970s and '80s: A review of FBI data by analysts shows that the violent crime rate is far lower than its peak in the early 1990s and below levels seen in the 1970s and 1980s.
- Homicide rate decline: The murder rate is also near a 50-year low after experiencing record declines in 2023 and 2024.
Then you haven't been paying attention.I have not seen this anywhere. If it is happening in big cities, move the hell out. No one is entitled to live where they want and at a price they like. This crap about Black Rock buying up all the rentals is bullshit. Most are owned by individuals.
Now there’s irony for you…Careful, your brainwashing is showing.
The real estate developers are the problem, not a solution.Failzero
Yes and no, simply blaming one side for the housing crisis results in not seeing the government, the deep state as the problem.
Hopefully with a real estate developer as president we see housing fixed
Housing fixed? How?Failzero

The “welfare state” thing ended 30 years agoThe welfare state destroyed the father in the family. Single mothers are the main cause of poverty and crime
Abstract
The Journal of Research in Crime and Delinquency reports that the most reliable indicator of violent crime in a community is the proportion of fatherless families. Fathers typically offer economic stability, a role model for boys, greater household security, and reduced stress for mothers. This is especially true for families with adolescent boys, the most crime-prone cohort. Children from single-parent families are more prone than children from two-parent families to use drugs, be gang members, be expelled from school, be committed to reform institutions, and become juvenile murderers. Single parenthood inevitably reduces the amount of time a child has in interaction with someone who is attentive to the child's needs, including the provision of moral guidance and discipline. According to a 1993 Metropolitan Life Survey, "Violence in America's Public Schools," 71 percent of teachers and 90 percent of law enforcement officials state that the lack of parental supervision at home is a major factor that contributes to the violence in schools. Sixty-one percent of elementary students and 76 percent of secondary children agree with this assessment.

Indices of dollars of income, standards of living, and years of education deceive. The gap between the Negro and most other groups in American society is widening.![]()
The Negro Family: The Case for National Action
Note: This historic and controversial report was prepared in 1965 by the Department's Office of Policy Planning and Review. The principal author was Assistant Secretary of Labor Daniel Patrick Moynihan, who later served as a United States Senator from New York.www.dol.gov
The fundamental problem, in which this is most clearly the case, is that of family structure. The evidence — not final, but powerfully persuasive — is that the Negro family in the urban ghettos is crumbling. A middle class group has managed to save itself, but for vast numbers of the unskilled, poorly educated city working class the fabric of conventional social relationships has all but disintegrated. There are indications that the situation may have been arrested in the past few years, but the general post war trend is unmistakable. So long as this situation persists, the cycle of poverty and disadvantage will continue to repeat itself.
The thesis of this paper is that these events, in combination, confront the nation with a new kind of problem. Measures that have worked in the past, or would work for most groups in the present, will not work here. A national effort is required that will give a unity of purpose to the many activities of the Federal government in this area, directed to a new kind of national goal: the establishment of a stable Negro family structure.

Democrats are the main cause of crime and in an astounding display of apathy to victims defend criminals and oppose the Federal Governments fighting crime in Wash DC successfully.
