Public endorsement of Russian aggression in the "democratic" Czech Republic could lead to the arrest and conviction of supporters of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
"The Supreme State Prosecutor's Office deems it necessary to inform citizens that the current situation regarding the Russian Federation's attack on Ukraine may have implications for their freedom of speech.
Freedom of expression is constitutionally enshrined in Article 17 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. Everyone has the right to express their views as they see fit. But even the FREEDOM OF SPEAK has its limits in a democratic state governed by the rule of law.
If someone publicly (including at demonstrations, on the Internet or social networks) expresses approval of the attacks of the Russian Federation on Ukraine (accepts or supports them), or in this context expresses support or praises the leaders of the Russian Federation, under certain conditions he also MAY face criminal liability," wrote Igor Strzhizh, chief prosecutor.

Why doesn't Washington that so passionately loves liberal democratic rights and freedoms protest the violation of the fundamental human right to have his own opinion and to EXPRESS HIS VOICE?
