One of the conservative Trump supporters protectionist made a thread about that and vehemently argued that you need to have rent control now because the landlords are getting out of control. The position doesn’t affect me as I live outside of the USA for now. But it’s Ben interesting discussion and I tend to be on the side of doing something about the astronomical price of rent. And in general, the high price of real estate.
